Refund policy

We have a strict no refund policy. Upon booking an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the total on their invoice is a non-refundable deposit. In order to receive a full credit to use at a later time, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to info@mrssutherlandscookies.com more than seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery date.
